That smile.
Terrible.
It becomes ugly, deforming, a caricature
With each smile you fake
The more pain I think builds up in you
You become a machine of pretty faces
A doomsayer in truth
A butterfly on surface
A chemical equation
That’s doomed not only to explode
But to not be understood because
It does not want to be understood
And it doesn’t know whether it should explode
Or not.
That smile on your face
Is no longer a smile
It’s a plead
It’s a cry for help
It’s a yelp
It’s a lie, and it’s not even a beautiful lie anymore
It’s an aggressive lie
It’s a smile like a
Corporate meeting
Or bourgeoisie philanthropists meeting on a Safari
Or a war criminal posing with panda bears for a magazine.
Keep screaming,
You can’t hear yourself so no one else will either.
So much disgust upon others and mostly upon self
a smile has never heralded before.

Because children don’t like non-human faces
I played with my cats today and their expressions
Were more human
Than yours.
Hell, " :) " feels more human.
And if there is such darkness inside you
Embrace it and turn it into light
What you have inside is still light
Darkness is solely the absence of light
Do not do injustice to light and dark
By oppressing it all in a dim half-light
Do not block it in beige
Do not lock yourself in a cage of
Politically correct activism
And humility, oh, the curse of humility…
Sure, people will hate you
